Clive White – London

Clive has been at Chetwoods since 1992 and has played an integral role in the Practice’s ongoing growth.

His expertise centres on masterplanning, urban design and regeneration as well as commercial office, residential, leisure and retail projects.

As commercial leader of the London offices and financial advisor to the Practice as a whole, he handles fee negotiations with some of the largest clients in the UK.

Clive’s strategic and pragmatic advice on environmental design and project planning offers a healthy balance to his design flair. He has been responsible for the design and execution of numerous large sustainable mixed-use projects throughout the UK for a range of well known organisations.
