Tim Ward – Birmingham

Tim takes responsibility for project control and delivery along with managing all commercial aspects at the Practice’s Birmingham office.

His wide ranging experience includes healthcare, commercial and industrial in both the public and private sectors. Tim has been instrumental in developing ground breaking state of the art environmental and regenerative schemes for the Practice.

Tim helped to inspire the Eco Template study which led to Chatterley Valley’s Outstanding BREEAM Award, and he contributes through the UKGBC to an ongoing scrutiny of the Practice’s environmental output. He has been responsible for delivering the sustainable principles that are now being developed into major architectural and masterplanning projects in the UK and overseas.
