The new 74,000 m² (796,649 ft²) logistics distribution centre for B&Q in Swindon was completed six weeks ahead of schedule just 32 weeks from commencing construction.
The facility will service the company’s DIY and home stores across the South of England, and once fully operational will create 550 jobs for the local community.
This project is the largest unit at Gazeley’s G.Park Swindon, and the site can accommodate further bespoke buildings up to 40,400 m² (435,000 ft²).
