Chetwoods’ previous involvement in the master planning for Cardiff Bay led to the Practice undertaking this environmentally focused design exercise for the Welsh Development Agency.
The incubator research facility utilised many environmental technologies at feasibility stage, later delivered elsewhere in Chetwoods’ portfolio.
