Chetwoods’ in-house capability to deliver high quality 3D CGIs has assisted in advocating designs to clients and stakeholders alike. The project at Essex Wharf was particularly sensitive, and during the design process and in presentations numerous view corridors became precious.
Chetwoods’ created 3D CGIs to present alternative proposals, by day and night, for a number of the areas of concern. This method was able to demonstrate the benefit of the proposed solutions to all parties.
