Part of an exercise seeking to offer an architectural refuge for world leaders to escape and debate, this competition concept evolved from earlier work relating to a RIBA Westminster Bridge competition.
Seen as an extension to the concept of pods of accommodation for British MPs on the proposed bridge, the Las Vegas desert retreat was envisaged as a sustainable environment where leaders could peacefully meet and debate the future of the planet.
