Following an OJEU publication for a new college library and function facility for Scarborough College, Chetwoods assembled a team of consultants to develop proposals and bid as part of the competition process.
Although the team came a very close second in the contest, relationships developed with both the team of consultants and the client are leading to similar higher educational opportunities elsewhere.
