This major mixed-use regeneration project in Maidenhead town centre was promoted by Sainsbury’s in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Barratts.
The development involved major environmental improvements to approximately 5 hectares of tired, worn out and inefficient land and buildings to provide major town centre housing including affordable housing, new modern office floor space, an information technology training centre, town centre car parking, public piazza and foodstore.
