As CEO of Chetwoods, Tim takes responsibility for project control and delivery along with managing all commercial aspects of the practice. Tim has been instrumental in developing ground-breaking state of the art environmental and regenerative schemes for the practice and now heads up Thrive, our in-house team of environmental specialists. His passion for environmental design helped to inspire the Eco Template study which led to Chatterley Valley’s Outstanding BREEAM Award, the first in the world to achieve this recognition.
