The inspiring leadership of Philippa Birch-Wood, Director of our sustainability team Thrive, has been recognised in her shortlisting for Commercial Leader of the Year in Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards.

This award recognises an individual who has displayed superlative leadership ability and has raised standards of excellence across the UK commercial real estate sector.

Philippa’s bold strategic vision is to aid in creating a regenerative built environment, where buildings give back more than they take. She is striving to break down barriers, with her proactive leadership demonstrably changing attitudes and making an impact.

At Chetwoods she works to make sustainability as simple as possible for developers, property and construction professionals. She is respected throughout the property sector as she helps to shape policy through her seconded role at the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and seat on the RIBA Council.
