The head office provides high-quality, bespoke office accommodation including a restaurant with break-out space and informal meeting areas. It features a three-storey entrance foyer, sales mock up areas, and enough storage for an entire year’s clothing collection.

The design reflected the company’s corporate ethos and was flexible to allow for future expansion on site.

The choice of materials, including corrugated cladding panels, concrete and steel, epitomises the shed typology of the location, with the way in which they are used and detailed reflecting the building’s function as an office headquarters.

The layout maximises natural daylight in the office areas, which are situated in two wings with a central core running between them. This core has a three-storey glazed entrance providing a landmark feature visible from the entrance to the multi-tenanted site. Internally, the naturally ventilated office space is on the first and second floors of the building, while the staff restaurant and meeting rooms, spaces not used for long periods, are at ground level.
