The development involved major environmental improvements to approximately five hectares of tired, worn out and inefficient land and buildings to provide major town centre housing including affordable housing, new modern office floor space, an information technology training centre, town centre car parking, public piazza and supermarket.

We initially created the masterplan for the redevelopment and were then appointed by BAM, producing construction information, and conducting site monitoring. Working under separate contracts, we also completed the supermarket and residential fit-outs.
