Forming the heart of a new town centre, the scheme features anchor retail stores for Debenhams and Marks & Spencer. It includes over thirty retail and restaurant units, a multi-screen VUE cinema and offices, all linked by an open pedestrianised arcade to car parking for 1500 cars.

We were initially appointed to develop feasibility options for a multi-use out of town retail destination, and subsequently as lead architect to design and deliver the shopping complex. Following purchase of the site by Land Securities Chetwoods was engaged to design a standalone Primark unit and new Sainsbury’s supermarket.
