The Wilde Aparthotel scheme provided 106 new studio apartments in a sustainable, market-aware proposal, preserving existing restaurant and food chain businesses at street level and upper basement level. The design spearheaded the roll out of the deluxe Staycity brand for premium city centre locations.
We acted as lead consultants for the shell works, developing the planning stage design (by others) through to construction, then co-ordinated the tenant’s concept design for the apartments through to completion.
