Phil has experience working on projects including industrial and distribution, motorway service areas and hotels, along with healthcare, housing and mixed used schemes; he specialises in logistics and industrial sectors. Phil has extensive experience of designing efficient, sustainable, cost effective masterplans and individual buildings to meet exacting briefs. He has also been heavily involved with designing schemes and preparing front end presentations for a number of UK and worldwide based clients and works closely with developers and their customers to design schemes that meet the required brief. Phil’s focus is on efficient, future proofed, flexible and commercially cost effective solutions, be it on a masterplan or delivered to site as planning approvals.
