Philippa is a Chartered Architect and WELL Accredited professional leading Thrive at Chetwoods. She has built Thrive since 2018 to support the design and delivery of projects and initiatives that improve our health and enhance our environment. Not only has she offered expertise on key industrial and logistics architectural projects but she has also advised clients on broader sustainable development and business strategies. Philippa has been nominated as AJ Sustainability Champion multiple times and in 2023 she won Net Zero Champion of the Year at the Procurement Awards. She is a thought leader and is regularly invited to be a speaker at industry events. Her key focus is to make sustainability as simple as possible for developers, property and construction professionals.
