We have been working with SEGRO to shape the vision, innovative design code, and spatial strategy for the Slough Trading Estate and are thrilled that SEGRO has secured the renewal of its Simplified Planning Zone (SPZ).

This 10-year special designation streamlines the planning process, enabling enhanced architecture, sustainability, and flexibility to support the estate's success over the next decade. It will also help reimagine the future of this vital industrial area, attracting and retaining businesses while generating thousands of new jobs across various sectors and occupations.

Our collaboration includes masterplanning and urban design specialists AR Urbanism, along with planning, regeneration, and design consultancy Stantec.

We are also working with SEGRO on SEGRO Park Wapping, a new Industrial Intensification scheme that has recently received planning permission for a 95,000 sqft development that addresses London’s growing need for high-quality industrial space.
