The first units designed using GLP’s ‘Project Cherry’ updated specification featuring a modernisation of the office elevations and internal finishes. The specification of the units included 50m service yards, 15m clear internal haunch heights, a minimum of fourteen dock levellers and two-level access doors.

Industry-leading sustainability features were delivered as standard including 12% less embodied carbon than industry standard and 15% less operational carbon in day-to-day operations. The buildings were developed to a BREEAM Excellent rating and WELL ready.

All three units were subsequently let to London-based ecommerce company MH Star.
