At over 20 hectares MOLEWA has been designed to form the heart of the Huayan Township which combines residential, commercial, hotel and cultural projects over 67 hectares. The wider scheme includes Flower Ocean which at over 80 hectares would be one of the world’s largest flower-themed parks.

One of four masterplans we have developed for Huayan Group in central China’s new ‘Fourth Pole’ economic and cultural engine zone, where Wuhan was designated an environmental city of the future by the regional and central governments.

Mount Lu is one of the most celebrated tourist destinations in China, renowned bothfor its stunning scenery and its cultural heritage, attracting more than 10million visitors annually.

Flower Ocean will enhance the visitor experience in Ruichang where new transport links provide a new gateway into the region. The masterplan links landscape, visitor experience and new mixed-use development creating connections and linkages with the existing city.
