Over the last ten years over 5 million sqft of manufacturing and logistics space has been developed, comprising offices, industrial space, leisure facilities and hotel and conference facilities. The masterplan includes a mixed-use retail park and 1,400 residential units, of which some 800 have been sold to various national housebuilders.

We designed the masterplan and have delivered individual plots for end users including Hermes Parcelnet, Brake Bros, Travis Perkins, The Hut Group, Amazon, Dominos, Royal Mail, The Delivery Group, Jungheinrich, Iceland Foods, Gousto and Asda ADC.
