Projects
Trammell Crow Company Milton Keynes
Three Grade A speculative logistics buildings total 340,002 sqft of space, with clear internal heights of 12m and 15m providing increased capacity of floor slabs, with the flexibility to accommodate various office configurations. The development benefits from 55-metre deep yards, designated parking spaces for car sharing, and landscaped recreational areas.
Sustainability and wellbeing features are at the heart of CORE, which has been delivered as a net zero carbon development in accordance with the UK Green Building Council Net Zero Carbon framework, and observing the latest 2023 UKGBC Offsetting Guidance verified by Planet Mark.
In line with TCC’s global standards, the units were constructed to BREEAM Excellent for new construction and EPC A-rating. Each building provides an increased roof-load capacity to accommodate full photovoltaic arrays and a base-PV installation. There is fully controlled and ultra-efficient LED lighting throughout, with sustainable storage and discharging of rainwater, and multi-model EV charging points across the site. The project achieved 95% recycling of site-won materials.
