Air Source Heat Pump. Lower Carbon emissions will also be achieved through enhanced building envelope and the use of LED lighting throughout.
The nature of the site has created the opportunity to secure a number of biodiversity net gains, including the management of existing woodland, landscape planting, creation and enhancement of wetland habitat, new roosting opportunities for bats, and more diverse nesting habitats for birds.
