A cross-dock distribution warehouse has increased mezzanine height and rack and pallet positions and 21m clear haunch height.

State-of-the-art sustainability features allow occupiers to reduce emissions in supply chains. The building includes optimized natural light, LED lighting, DESG partitions, solar thermal heating and rainwater harvesting. It provides power charging stations for electric vehicles and is PV ready to store power from solar panels into battery packs. All these features contributed towards its BREEAM Excellent rating.

The building is designed to the WELL™ Standard that places a healthier and more productive physical workspace at the heart of design, construction, operations and development decisions. This registration means that Altitude is ready for occupiers to achieve full WELL™ certification in line with their own operational requirements.

We are the masterplanners for the Magna Park site and have also designed and delivered logistics buildings on the site for Waitrose, AG Barr, John Lewis, Waitrose, H&M and DHL.
